How to withdraw, how fast is a withdrawal

You can withdraw your money anytime you want from our mobile app or from Client Office🎈

You can choose to withdraw the fund to Skrill (fees 2%), Neteller (fees 1%), Visa by Ecommpay, or Bank transfer.

Adding a bank account for withdrawals can be done on both the application and the web platform.

On the mobile application:

  1. Select the investment amount at the top.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Select Bank withdrawal > Add new bank account > Manually via form > Next.

  4. Enter your bank account number or IBAN, bank name, SWIFT code, then upload your bank statement showing your full bank account number and full name

  5. Select Send.

On the web platform:

  1. Go to the left-hand sidebar and select Deposit/Withdrawal.

  2. Choose Withdraw.

  3. Select Bank withdrawal > Add new bank account > Manually via form > Next.

  4. Enter your bank account number or IBAN, bank name, SWIFT code, then upload your bank statement showing your full bank account number and full name

  5. Select Send.

🚩 Note: We can only send funds to bank accounts in your own name. We will not send funds to third-party bank accounts. For Clients who have an account with XTB International Limited, there is no fee charged for withdrawals as long as they are above $50

Please refer to the below for the withdrawal processing time:

  • XTB International Limited - Standard processing time for withdrawal request is 1 business day

XTB covers all costs charged by our bank.

All other potential costs (Beneficiary and Intermediary bank) are paid by client according to the commission tables of those banks.

🚩For Clients who have an account with XTB International Limited, we charge a commission of 1.5% for withdrawal to credit card. Withdrawals to credit cards are only available for residents of certain countries.
