1. Click the "Help center" button located in the left-hand menu of the web platform.

2. Select the option "Send error report".

3. In the comment field, please provide detailed information about the reported issue and submit the form.

How to report a technical issue from the mobile app?

1. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen.

2. Go to the "Help center" section and select "Report a technical issue".

3. In the comment field, describe the issue in detail.

4. Confirm the submission at the bottom of the screen.
