On your trading account, you have the option to enable three types of notifications:

• trading-related notifications,

• news updates,

• deposit/withdrawal notifications.

To activate any category of notifications, log in to the Client Office → My Profile → Notifications.

🚩 Subscribing to notifications via SMS, email, or mobile device regarding your Trading Account is an additional service provided alongside brokerage services. Messages received as part of this service are for informational purposes only. Enabling notifications does not exempt the Client from the responsibility of independently monitoring the status of their Investment Account. Failure to receive or delayed receipt of notifications cannot be used as a basis for claims against XTB.
