US Manufacturing PMI (flash) increased to 59.0 in March from 58.6 in February, slightly below analysts’ expectations of 59.3. The reading pointed to the continuing expansion in factory activity since February 2020.
US Services PMI (flash) rose to 60.0 in March from 59.8 in the previous month, in line with market expectations. The latest reading pointed to the fifth consecutive expansion in the services sector.
