TeamViewer (TMV.DE) shares are trading up nearly 15% today on the release of better-than-expected results for Q4 2022. Adjusted EBITDA came in at €97.4 million, an improvement of 44% year-on-year. The Bloomberg consensus was €84 million. Revenues were €150.5 million, up 14% year-on-year. Analysts had forecast 149.1 million euros.

Synlab (SYAB.DE) is lowering its earnings forecast for 2023, with revenues expected to reach €2.8 billion, compared to earlier estimates of €3 billion. Adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be in the range of 16%-18%, previously it was 18%-20%. The company's shares are currently trading down 22%.
