DE30: DAX seeks to maintain the ongoing uptrend

Tuesday's trading session on European markets brings slightly better sentiment. The DE30 is trading close to yesterday's closes and remains in the region of the peaks of the consolidation that has been going on for several days. The macro calendar for today is essentially empty.

  • Nearly 7% declines are recorded today in the shares of TAG Immobilien (TEG.DE). The market is reacting to the publication of Q3 results and the decision not to pay a dividend for FY22

  • Shares of ThyssenKrupp (TKA.DE) are also seeing declines. Cevian, a ThyssenKrupp shareholder, is offering about 23.4 million shares through UBS at a price of €5.15 per share. The offering is aimed at international institutional investors in a private placement. UBS will be the sole bookrunner. The price represents a 4.7% discount to the last close. The shares are currently losing nearly 4.5%.
