Economic calendar: CBRT decision and Q2 earnings reports!

  • Jobless claims report and CBRT decision in focus

Today's macroeconomic calendar will be filled with readings of quarterly results. However, this does not mean that we will not get to know some important economic readings. In Poland, attention will focus today on data on wages, employment and industrial production.  Moreover, we are awaiting the CBRT's decision on interest rates, as well as data on unemployment benefits and secondary market home sales from the USA. The calendar for today will be topped off with the Philly FED regional report and natural gas inventory data. 

Quarterly company results:

In Europe, EasyJet, among others, has already presented its results. In the semiconductor market, TSMC's results have caught investors' attention. In the US, these will include Johnson&Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, Philip Morris, BlackStone, Capital One and American Airlines.
