US Jobless Claims came in at 229,000, with the expectation of 206,000 and the previous level of 202,000. Continuing claims came in at 1.306 million with the previous level of 1.309 million and the expectation of 1.303 million. The data shows minimal deterioration in the labor market, although the state of the labor market is still very strong.
