At XTB, we continuously develop our tools to provide investors with an even more comfortable trading experience. That is why we have introduced a new version of the My Trades module on the web platform, giving users significantly more options to personalize their trading workspace.
Choose the layout that best fits Your needs
The new version of My Trades has been designed with flexibility in mind. Users can switch between the new and previous platform layouts at any time.
To change the view:
Click Settings on the platform's side panel.
Go to the General tab.
Enable or disable the "Customisable My Trades layout" option.
If your account was opened before the introduction of the new My Trades interface, you will receive a notification informing you that the new layout is available to try. New clients use the new My Trades automatically, as it is the platform's default setting.
Create Your own trading workspace
The biggest enhancement is the introduction of the Layout Composer, which allows users to build their own workspace.
The new My Trades enables you to:
freely arrange widgets using drag & drop,
adjust the width and height of individual panels,
use predefined layouts:
Default,
Horizontal,
Vertical,
Option (for clients with access to Options),
create and save your own layouts,
quickly duplicate existing layouts.
This allows every investor to tailor the platform to their trading style and most frequently performed activities.
Convenient tab system for Widgets
The new version of My Trades also introduces a more advanced tab system.
Each container can hold multiple widgets displayed as switchable tabs. This makes it easy to organize your workspace efficiently without opening multiple separate windows.
Available features include:
adding new tabs using the "+" button,
selecting widgets from the list of available modules,
removing unnecessary tabs,
displaying tabs in either horizontal or vertical mode,
remembering the last active tab after restarting the platform.
New Widgets available only in the new My Trades
The new version also introduces additional tools that were not available in the previous layout.
Trade Widget
Allows you to open an embedded trading ticket directly within your workspace. In addition, users can switch between instruments within the widget without leaving the panel.
Instrument info Widget
Provides quick access to detailed information about a selected instrument, enabling efficient analysis without switching views.
Separate search and Options Widgets
The instrument search tool and the options module now function as independent panels that can be placed anywhere within your custom layout.
Flexible summary bar management
The summary bar displaying account valuation and open positions can now be positioned either at the top or at the bottom of the screen.
You can change its location by clicking the settings icon next to the Deposit button.
New Charts as the Standard
In the new My Trades, only the latest chart version powered by TradingView is available, offering a modern interface and advanced analytical tools.
Clients who wish to continue using the legacy chart version can switch back to the previous My Trades layout. However, it is important to note that future development will focus exclusively on the new generation of charts.
