What transfer method can I use?

You can deposit funds via a variety of methods;

• For Non UK/EU Residents - bank transfers, Visa card by Ecommpay (Mastercard or others are not acceptable), Skrill (fee 2%) and Neteller (fee 1%)

How fast will my deposit be added to my trading account?

All deposits except for bank transfers are instant and you will see this reflected in your account balance immediately.

Bank transfers can take from 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on the country you send money from. Unfortunately this depends on your bank and any intermediary bank.

How can I fund my account?

You can deposit your fund on both mobile app and web browser.

On mobile application:

To deposit funds through the mobile app, tap on your investment amount and select “Add fund” at the top of the screen.
When the available payment methods are displayed, select your preferred method and proceed with the deposit.

On web platform

To deposit funds through the website platform, Go to the sidebar and select the “Deposit/Withdraw” button in the upper left corner of the screen, then go to the “Add Money” tab and select your preferred payment method.

Is there a minimum deposit?

There is no minimum deposit to start trading. 😊

Do you charge any fees on deposits?

We do not charge any fees on depositing money via bank transfer and visa by Ecommpay.

• Bank transfers - Bank transfers can take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the country you send money from. Unfortunately this depends on your bank and any intermediary bank.

Can I deposit by bank transfer in another currency than USD?

It is better recommended to bankwire from a bank account in USD currency however if you have to send a different currency than USD, in most cases, it will be converted automatically to USD at the exchange rate quoted by the banks without XTB intervention. Please consult with your bank before making such transfer, it might take weeks until money is refunded in case the bank rejects your transfer.

We will always credit the exact amount we receive to your trading account.

Are there any commissions charged for deposits and withdrawals?

Deposits are free of charge for Credit/Debit card, and have no minimum requirement. There is a fees in the case of deposits made via Skrill (fees 2%) and Neteller (fees 1%), and via bank transfer (depending on the bank you made a deposit).

Withdrawals exceeding 50 USD are free of charge, but withdrawals below 50 USD will incur a 30 USD withdrawal fee.

In the case of withdrawals, we do not charge any additional commissions.

🚩 We also do not charge fees for withdrawing funds in a foreign currency. However, such fees may be charged by the recipient's bank or intermediary banks in the execution of the withdrawal. XTB has no influence on such fees.
