Transferring shares/ETFs from another broker to XTB.

Transferring securities to XTB can be done in a few simple steps as follows:

  1. To make a transfer, you need an active investment account with XTB. If you don't have one, you can open one in a few steps.

  2. To transfer securities,
    go to the XTB mobile app and click the profile icon in the upper left corner. Then select “Transfer Stocks or ETFs to XTB” to complete the transfer. You will be asked to enter your current broker's name, account number, and details of the securities you wish to transfer.

    🚩For customers residing outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, please fill out the form.

    Send "OMI Transfer From to XTB" to email cs_int@xtb.com

  3. Notify your current broker.
    Contact your broker and inform them of your intention to transfer the securities.
    Your broker will contact XTB via email: settlement@xtb.com.

  4. Confirmation of transfer order.

    After completing the form regarding the transfer of shares to XTB, your request will be stored in the “Forms and Documents” tab .

🚩 There are no fees for transferring securities to XTB
, but fees may be charged by the originating broker from which you are making the transfer.

🚩 Fractional rights and CFDs
are not transferable to other individuals or entities.

🚩 The transfer time
depends on the originating institution from which you are transferring securities. The process can take up to 30 days from the date of request. Please note that in exceptional cases, a share transfer may be rejected by both the originating and receiving brokers, such as if the security is not included in the broker's offer.
