Login to demo, real accounts

If you have a problem with accessing your account, we suggest the following steps before contacting our support teams:😊

  • Make sure you are using the correct email/ID

  • Try to reset your password - you can do this by clicking 'Forget password?' on xStation or Client Office login page. After the reset, all passwords to all your trading accounts, including MT4, will be replaced with the new one.

  • Check your internet connection is stable

  • Check you can access your account on either our desktop or mobile app version

🚩As for Demo account, be aware that after 30 days you will not be able to login in to it, as it automatically expires. You can always open a new demo, we do not restrict no of demos🚀.

🚩 On 15th March 2024, the MetaTrader4 platform was removed from the XTB offer in XTB (UK) Limited. Existing trading accounts on the MT4 platform were automatically transferred to the xStation platform.

🚩 MT4 trading accounts opened in the XTB International Limited offer still remain fully operational and supported. For MT4, remember to choose the right server. The information which MT4 server to choose is provided in account registration email. For MT4 mobile app to find us you have to look for XTB.
