BREAKING: All on FOMC agree to "proceed carefully" on rates - Minutes

At 7:00 pm GMT, the FOMC Minutes protocol from the last interest rate meeting was published. According to the report, all bankers voted to keep the interest rate in the 5.25%-5.5% range. The representatives also communicated that further decisions should be approached with caution.
