actual 2.75%; forecast 2.75%; previous 2.75%;

BoC kept it interest rate flat for the second month in the row, following a March cut driven by the tariff uncertainty and willingenss to counterbalance the risks to the economic growth. According to the statement, the decision was reached by a consensus.
