BREAKING: ECB leaves rates, EURUSD at 1.11

The ECB decided to maintain interest rates unchanged at its first meeting this year, a decision that was broadly anticipated. Traders hope that ECB president Lagarde will offer her updated economic outlook during the post-meeting conference that will begin at 1:30pm GMT. EURUSD is stuck at the pivotal support level, just around 1.11.
