BREAKING: Putin declares partial mobilization

Market sentiment deteriorated slightly in the morning after Russian president Putin announced partial military mobilization. " Only citizens who are currently in the reserve and all those who served in the Armed Forces, have a certain military specialties and relevant experience, will be subject to conscription." Putin said that the mobilization will be launched today and will also include industrial companies, which are required to provide help in the military conflict.
