US, Initial Jobles Claims for the last week:
- Actual: 227k. Expected: 225k. Previous: 221k
The latest report on initial jobless claims showed a figure of 227K, almost in line with expectations and an increase of 6,000 from the previous week's unrevised 221K. The four-week moving average decreased to 228.25K from 233.75K the week before. Continuing claims were reported at 1.700M, exactly meeting estimates, and marking an increase of 21,000 from the previous week's revised level of 1.679M.

EURUSD ticks a bit lower after the publication, however no significant changes are visible,
