US Initial Jobless Claims: 238k (Forecast 235k, Previous 233k)
- US Continued Jobless Claims: 1.858M (Forecast 1.84M, Previous 1.839M)
As we can see below, US500 drops after today ADP and jobless claims report. Jobless claims came in only slightly higher, than expected, but we can see higher number of continued claims. Generally, data point to a cooling US labour market, but there are not any signs of significant weakness.
