BREAKING: USD weakens after downbeat PMI reports

US Manufacturing PMI decreased to 49.90 in October from 52.0 in September, below forecasts of 51.0, preliminary estimates showed.
US Services PMI fell to 46.60 in October from 49.3 in the previous month and well below market consensus of 49.2, a preliminary estimate showed.
