Dow Jones hits all-time high

Dow Jones Industrial Average's spot index has recently hit an all-time high. In the case of contracts, however, it can be seen that such levels have already been recorded twice. However, the level of 30,000 points was not broken even once. Will it be the same now? This level roughly coincides with the 138.2 external retracement of the most recent bearish wave.
