- Futures point to a lower opening in today's cash session
- Investor attention will turn to a number of bankers' speeches and Conference Board data from the US
European futures are currently pointing to a lower opening for Tuesday's cash session. Stock indices in the Asia-Pacific region also traded at mixed levels during today's session. Korea's KOSPI gained nearly 1.01% intraday, while Japan's Nikkei was down 0.11%. The Hang Seng performed poorly today, trading down 0.88% on a daily basis.
On Tuesday's macro calendar we can find, among others: the CB data on US consumer confidence, a number of speeches by Fed and ECB bankers, and API survey data on the change in US oil inventories.
