DE30 dropped to as low as 12,350 pts before recouping part of declines. Drivers behind sell-off remain unchanged - spiking Covid-19 cases and lack of breakthrough in US stimulus and Brexit talks. Final US presidential debate will be held tonight at 2:00 am BST and traders should be ready for possible, abnormal moves.
