Indices, peso dive after unexpected Trump move

Donald Trump announced new tariffs on Mexico over the night in response to an alleged surge in illicit migration on the Southern border. The move caught investors off guard and caused major declines on MXN and stocks. Shortly before noon the Mexican peso is trading over 3% lower against the USD.
