The State Board of Elections in North Carolina has decided to extend voting at four polling sites that experienced delays during opening. Delays were caused by problems with voting machines. The State Board of Elections said it will not publish any results before all polling stations in the state have closed. In turn, results from North Carolina will come with a 45 minute delay at 1:15 am GMT. There are 15 electoral votes at stake in North Carolina.
