One hour to the key ECB conference

The ECB will likely announce the TRLTRO financing program today to support the economy and we can expect some details at the conference that will start at 1:30pm GMT. Markets are clearly awaiting this event with the EURUSD flat at 1.13 and DE30 slightly down at 11530 points.
