Stock reports to watch this week (25.01.2021)

Investors will be offered highly anticipated earnings reports this week as some of the top names from the US tech sector can be found among this week's reporters. While there are no key earnings reports scheduled for release today, other days of the week look interesting.

Tuesday will be the day the most abundant in earnings releases from US large cap companies. 5 members of the Dow Jones index will publish results - American Express, Johnson & Johnson, MMM, Microsoft and Verizon Communications. Among other reports of note one can find results from Advanced Micro Devices and General Electric.

Wednesday looks to be the key day of the week for US100 traders as Tesla, Apple and Facebook will report results for the final quarter of 2020. Tesla has delivered a record 499,550 vehicles in 2020, just slightly below the target of 500,000 and the report will show if the carmaker continues its streak of profitable quarters.

3 Dow Jones members will report earnings on Thursday (Dow, McDonald's and Visa) while another 3 will report on Friday (Caterpillar, Chevron and Honeywell International).
