Wall Street earnings season for Q4 2023 has been on for around a month already. Majority of US large-cap companies have already reported their results. However, the earnings season for small caps is far from over, with less than 30% of Russell 2000 stocks having already reported.

How many US companies already reported results?

  • S&P 500 (US500): 334 out of 500 companies (around 67%)
  • Dow Jones (US30): 25 out of 30 companies (around 83%)
  • Nasdaq-100 (US100): 57 out of 100 companies (57%)
  • Russell 2000 (US2000): 554 out of 1944 companies (around 28%)

Having said that, earnings calendar in the coming weeks will be increasingly dominated by smaller, lesser-known stocks. Nevertheless, investors will still be offered reports from some larger and better-known companies. Among this week's highlights, one can find Arista Networks (Monday), Coca-Cola (Tuesday), Robinhood Markets (Tuesday), Barrick Gold (Wednesday) and Coinbase (Thursday).
