After a mixed US open, American indices quickly began losing steam. Currently S&P 500 is trading 1.40% lower while DJIA is sinking as much as 1.80%. Nasdaq which seemed most resilient in recent days has also turned negative - shortly after reaching fresh all-time highs.
There is high risk that S&P 500 (US500) will form a bearish signal at the end of the session (orange circle). So far, this scenario seems probable as the market sentiment in the U.S. clearly deteriorated. The index has already reached the lowest point in a week. Source: xStation5
