Opening an investment account with XTB is quick and easy. You can invest in the financial markets in minutes. To open an account, follow the steps below:

Opening an account via the mobile application:

  1. Download the XTB mobile app on App Store or Play Store.

  2. Once you open the app, select the " Open an account " button and fill out our simple form.

  3. After completing the form, you will be redirected to video verification and then asked to take a photo of your ID document (ID card, passport or residence card) directly in the application - it is not possible to upload a previously taken photo or scan

Opening an account via website:

  1. Visit the XTB homepage, click the "Create Account" button in the upper right corner to receive a QR code to download the XTB mobile app. Currently, all customers need to verify their account via our mobile app.

  2. After downloading the XTB mobile app, please follow the account registration instructions as shown above.

⏳ If your documents are valid and you don't need to provide additional documents as requested, your account will be activated within minutes of successful verification of your personal documents.

If your documents are accepted or rejected due to invalidity, you will receive an email notification from XTB.

Please note that after completing the verification step, you will be asked to reconfirm the information you have entered. You need to confirm that the information is correct to complete the account verification process.
