To activate your investment account, you will be redirected to video verification and then asked to take a photo of your ID document (ID card, passport, voter's card or residence card) directly in the app - it is not possible to upload a previously taken photo or scan .
You may also be required to provide a valid proof of address document, including: bank statement, utility bills (such as electricity, water, internet, central gas, or landline phone bills), government documents, tax statements. All documents for proof of address must have been issued within the last 180 days.
If the address on your document is different from what you registered with us, but it is still your valid address, you can correct the registration form and upload your document again.
Once all documents have been successfully verified, your account will be activated.

As a trading platform regulated by the FSC Belize, we are required to ensure the highest level of compliance with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
How to properly take a selfie for video verification?
To properly take a selfie for verification, please note a few things:
Make sure your face is clearly visible and fits completely within the frame.
Avoid too bright or too dim lighting – it is best to stand facing the light source.
Remove sunglasses, hats, or other items that cover your face.
Hold your phone steady and follow the on-screen instructions.
Choose a quiet environment and ensure you have a good internet connection.
The selfie must be taken alone, without the presence of third parties.
Can someone help me with verification?
You must complete the video verification process yourself. For security and regulatory reasons, it's not possible for someone else to complete or assist you with the verification process.
