In accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Brokerage Services, XTB may refrain from concluding an agreement. In such cases, the following message will appear:
"Due to the current internal policy, at the moment we are unable to provide our services to you."
This means that, in accordance with our internal policy and applicable regulations, we are currently unable to provide services to the individual attempting to register. This may be due to not meeting one of the formal requirements that must be considered when opening an account (e.g. country of residence, tax status, or information provided during registration).
It could also simply be that your application has expired. Please note that each account application is only valid for 180 days. If your account is not successfully activated after this time, you need to complete registration process again.
You could contact our Customer Support to confirm this information and if after we check, the decision upholds, it will be the final decision, and you will not be able to proceed with the registration process. Thank you for your understanding.
