To change your personal information, you need to log into the mobile app, tap the profile icon in the upper left corner, and then select the Personal Information tab.

In order to change your personal data, log in to the Client office, then go to the My profile tab -> Profile data. If your account is still under verification, you will need to contact our support team for personal data correction.
If you cannot log in, please use the password reset option at the following link.
If, despite trying to refresh your password, you are not able to log in, you can also contact the customer service department to change your data (https://www.xtb.com/int/contact).
