BREAKING: Kremlin believes that a neutral Ukraine with its own military is a possible option

The Kremlin authorities have just announced that they are considering options for recognizing Ukraine as a neutral state, with its own army. The Russian side indicated as an example the structure of the army in Austria, which is mainly focused solely on defending its own borders. Markets reacted optimistically to this news, US100 futures are now up 2%, crude oil erased early gains and trades lower. Gold fell below $ 1,920 an ounce.
