Ukraine is considering becoming a neutral state, but it needs security guaranties
Ukraine will not "trade" single inch of its territory

The DAX is gaining more than 5%, breaking above 13,500 points, but remaining below the downtrend line. This information also put pressure on oil and gold prices.
