The service level with the PLUS and VIP option is granted for Clients who fulfill minimum deposit and volume turnover requirements. Levels of the mandatory volume turnover and the deposit amount can be found on XTB branches websites.

To calculate volume turnover requirement, XTB takes notice of the closed transactions volume basing on all Client's accounts for instruments different from Equity CFD and Syntetic Stocks, counted on monthly basis (calendar month). To determine the deposit amount requirement, XTB takes the difference between amount of deposits and withdrawals of client's funds from the account opening date.

In case of the change of Service Level into PLUS, the conditions are imposed for 3 months period whereas in case of the change to VIP, the conditions are imposed for 6 months period.

Above mentioned time periods start from the first day of a calendar month following the one in which client received an access to the service. Access to the service succeeds in the following day after fulfilling turnover and deposit requirements.

If in the one of calendar months, in period of the service access, Client fulfills again the deposit and the volume turnover requirements, the access period to current of higher Service Level will be extended for consecutive 3 or 6 months.

In case of not fulfilling Service Level requirements during the time of possessing PLUS or VIP, client's Service Level status returns to BASE or PLUS.
