Szanowni klienci,

Zgodnie z Uchwałą nr 976/2022 Zarządu GPW z dnia 26 października 2022 r. obrót akcjami spółki Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGN.PL) zostaje zawieszony od 31 października 2022 r. do dnia wykluczenia tych akcji z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW. 
Zlecenia maklerskie niezrealizowane do końca sesji w dniu 28 października 2022 r. stracą ważność.

Od 31 października 2022 r. sprzedaż posiadanych akcji spółki Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. nie będzie możliwa. 
Po formalnym połączeniu spółek posiadacze akcji spółki Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. otrzymają 0.0925 akcji PKN Orlen za każdą akcję PGNiG. W przypadku przypadających ułamkowych części akcji PKN Orlen posiadacze otrzymają ekwiwalent pieniężny.

Na podstawie postanowień punktu 6.33. Warunków Ogólnych otwarte pozycje na akcjach CFD spółki Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. zostaną zamknięte i rozliczone według kursu zamknięcia z dnia 28 października 2022 r.
