Opening an investment account with XTB is quick and easy. You can invest in the financial markets in minutes. To open an account, follow the steps below:

Opening an account via the mobile application:

  1. Download the XTB mobile app on App Store or Play Store.

  2. Once you open the app, select the " Open an account " button and fill out our simple form.

  3. After completing the form, you will be redirected to video verification and then asked to take a photo of your ID document (ID card, passport or residence card) directly in the application - it is not possible to upload a previously taken photo or scan

Once you have submitted your documents and been successfully verified, you will be able to log in and deposit your funds via a secure online transfer.

⏳ Document verification typically takes a few minutes . However, we are currently experiencing delays in the document verification and live account activation processes. At this point, verification may take up to several hours. Our team is making every effort to complete all verifications and activations as quickly as possible. Once your document has been verified (both in the case of acceptance and rejection), you will receive an email with information about the status and any possible reasons for rejection.
