  • European indices set for slightly higher opening

  • Canadian CPI inflation, DOE report on oil stockpiles

  • Tesla to report Q2 2022 earnings after market close

European index futures point to a slightly higher opening of today's cash session on the Old Continent. DAX futures currently trade around 50 points above yesterday's cash close. Mixed moods can be spotted on precious metals and cryptocurrencies markets while energy commodities pull back. Antipodean currencies (AUD and NZD) lead among G10 currencies while CAD and CHF lag the most.

Markets seem to have calmed a bit following yesterday's rally.
