Revision of euro area CPI inflation for June

Earnings reports from Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin and Netflix
European index futures point to a lower opening of the cash session on the Old Continent today. DAX futures currently trade over 100 points below yesterday's cash close. Moods on the markets weakened during Wall Street session yesterday and downbeat trading was spotted on stock exchanges in Asia-Pacific later on as well. Commodities are catching a breath amid USD weakening while Antipodean currencies (AUD and NZD) lead among G10 majors.
Calendar for the day ahead lacks key macro releases. Inflation report from the euro area will be a revision to June data and therefore is unlikely to have a major impact on EUR. GBP may see some moves during Governor Bailey's speech at 6:45 pm BST. Reports from Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin and Netflix are highlights in today's Wall Street earnings calendar.
