Thursday's trading session begins with a further improvement in investor sentiment. Futures contracts indicate that a relatively dovish Fed and good quarterly results from technology companies will manage to extend the bullish rally into the end of the week. Today, investors' attention turns to macro data (in particular, PMI reports and the Bank of England decision), companies' quarterly reports (Apple and Amazon, among others, will present results today), as well as geopolitics, where the market continues to worry about escalation on the Israel/Lebanon-Iran line.
