US Pending Home Sales index below pandemic lows!

The November index of pending home sales contracts in the United States today recorded its second-lowest reading in the history of the last 20 years. In m/m terms, the index lost 4% against expectations of -1% m/m. On an annualized basis, the index fell 38.6%.
