Today, there is a change of delivery date for CHNComp, CHNComp+, CHNComp., CHNComp.., HKComp, HKComp+, HKComp., HKComp..,  instruments. Clients who have open positions will be credited or debited with proper swap points amounts.

These are:

 - HKComp+, HKComp., HKComp.., HKComp -42 swap points for long position; 42 swap points for short position

 - CHNComp, CHNComp., CHNComp+, CHNComp.. -8 swap points for long position; 8 swap points for short position

Today, at the end of trading day CHNComp, CHNComp+, CHNComp., CHNComp.., HKComp, HKComp+, HKComp., HKComp.. underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- HKComp+, HKComp., HKComp.., HKComp approx. 22 index points

- CHNComp, CHNComp., CHNComp+, CHNComp.. approx. 5 index points

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for CHNComp, CHNComp+, CHNComp., CHNComp.., HKComp, HKComp+, HKComp., HKComp.. should be higher.

Change of position value connected with base change will be corrected by swap points equal to base value. Clients with limit and stop orders close to current price are kindly requested to adjust their position to changes in base value. Otherwise stop and limit orders will be executed according to standard procedure.

On December 22, 2020, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Ripple Labs Inc. and two of its executives who are also significant security holders, accusing them of raising more than $ 1.3 billion in an unregistered, ongoing offering of digital securities. As a result of the published information, some cryptocurrency market entities have suspended or limited trading in XRP tokens, which leads to increased uncertainty regarding the further functioning of the cryptocurrency.

Bearing in mind the above external factors being beyond XTB's control, clients are asked to adjust their positions to the current market conditions. There is a probability that it will not be possible to maintain open positions on RIPPLE and XRPBTC instruments within the assumed investment horizon. Due to the market situation, XTB may be forced to suspend trading or to release instruments only in the close only mode.
