DE30 unchanged after US inflation data

The short-term uptrend is intact, but the rally is faltering.

The DAX / DE30 gave up early gains on Thursday but is still holding above the 15,000 mark. The rise above the March 2022 high has unlocked more upside potential: 78.6% retracement of the long-term downtrend at 15,340 points and high at 15,600 points.

H4 chart

The DAX / DE30 is fluctuating between gains and losses in the short-term. The local support at 15,022 points was defended, while the local high proved to be too strong resistance. Further support is at the EMA21 at 14,900 points and yesterday's daily low at 14,856 points.
