Bitcoin quotations fell below the psychological barrier of 40 000 USD at the opening of the session on Wall Street and reached the level of 39 500 USD. Currently, however, the buying side has managed to stop the declines and return above 40 000 USD. Today's declines are due to continued hawkish news and rallies in US Treasury bond yields, which weaken risky assets.
