Tesla CEO said that acquisition was put on hold pending details on calculations that spam and bot accounts make up less than 5% of Twitter's daily monetizable users. It is unsure what it means as details are scarce at the moment. Nevertheless, current premarket quotes signal that the session ahead may be a wild one for Twitter shareholders.
